Steps

Mix 200 grams of flour with yeast, sugar, and water and let it rise overnight.

Heat the milk in a pot and add saffron and cardamom, then bring to a boil and let it cool.

Sift the remaining flour and salt, place it on the table and make a well in the center.

Add the boiled milk and yeast mixture and mix well, then knead together to form a dough.

Let the dough rise until it doubles in size, punch it down to release the air, then let it rise again.

Divide the mixture into three parts. Add a color from the food coloring to each part. Place each color in a pastry bag fitted with a small opening.

Fry the mixture in hot oil until golden brown, then drain on paper towels and dip in syrup.

To make the syrup, place sugar, water, cinnamon, cardamom, saffron, and honey in a pot over heat and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let simmer for 5 minutes, then let cool.
