    Prepare 2 cups of knafeh dough. If the dough is too long, cut it into small pieces using a knife or in a food processor.

    Place 1 cup of flour in a small bowl.

    Beat the large egg in another small bowl.

    Cut the fish into cubes and sprinkle with cumin, salt, and spices. Dip in flour, then in egg, and then in knafeh dough.
