    To prepare the dough, mix the flour, salt, and enhancer, then dissolve the yeast in warm kneading water and knead the ingredients until you get a cohesive dough. Cover the hawawshi dough with plastic wrap and let it rest to rise.

    Sprinkle some flour on a surface, roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Cut the dough using a round mold or cutter to get large and small circles, ensuring the number of large circles equals the number of small circles.

    Roll out a large piece of dough and place a tablespoon of filling on it, spread the filling slightly, then cover it with a small piece of dough. Press the edges of the two dough circles together to seal and remove any excess dough.

    Repeat the process for the remaining dough, then transfer the hawawshi loaves to a greased baking sheet, brush the top of each loaf with egg white, and place the sheet in the oven until the hawawshi loaves are browned. Then wrap them in aluminum foil to keep warm until the rest of the loaves are browned, at which point they will have softened and can be cut. Serve the hawawshi. Enjoy your meal.
