    Sprinkle some flour on a surface, roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Cut the dough using a round mold or cutter to get large and small circles, ensuring the number of large circles equals the number of small circles.

    Roll out a large piece of dough and place a tablespoon of filling on it, spread the filling slightly, then cover it with a small piece of dough. Press the edges of the two dough circles together to seal and remove any excess dough.

    Repeat the process for the remaining dough, then transfer the Hawawshi loaves to a greased tray and brush the top of each loaf with egg white. Place the tray in the oven until the Hawawshi loaves are browned, then wrap them in aluminum foil to keep warm until the rest are done. At this point, the loaves will have softened and can be cut. Serve the Hawawshi. Enjoy your meal.
