Mix the flour, salt, baking powder, two tablespoons of powdered milk, oil, and sesame together, then gradually add warm water until the dough becomes soft and not sticky to the hand. If yogurt is added instead of baking powder, reduce the water and let the dough rest for two hours covered in a warm place.

Mix the ground meat with the chopped onion, garlic, parsley, and season with spices, salt, black pepper, ginger, and hot pepper, then let it rest for an hour. Beat the egg with a pinch of vanilla and a tablespoon of oil and set aside.

After an hour, take the dough and cut it into small balls, then roll them out into squares, rectangles, or circles.

Place the meat in the first half of the dough, spread it out, and fold the other half over the first half, then press lightly on the edges to seal it. Repeat the process for the remaining quantity.
