Separate the egg yolks from the whites and place each in a bowl.

Whisk the egg yolks with the electric mixer for 5 minutes, add the sugar and vanilla to the eggs and continue whisking, add the milk, oil, and vanilla, continue whisking until the mixture rises, the sugar dissolves, and the ingredients are well combined.

In a separate bowl, sift the flour and baking powder and stir with a fork to incorporate air.

In a pan over heat, add the butter, chocolate, Nescafe, and a tablespoon of liquid milk, mix until the mixture becomes like a sauce, gently add the sauce to the egg yolk mixture and whisk until combined.

Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites and whisk with the electric mixer until the egg whites become like cream, add the flour to the egg yolk and sugar mixture and fold with the wooden spoon until combined.

Add the egg whites to the previous mixture and fold with the wooden spoon until combined.

Grease a 25 cm round baking pan with oil, sprinkle a light layer of flour, and pour in the cake mixture.

Place the pan in the oven for half an hour at the lowest heat.

After half an hour, insert a wooden stick into the cake; it should come out clean. If it does not come out clean, leave the cake for an additional 5 minutes until done.
