Drain the chickpeas from the soaking water, then place them in a pot over high heat, add water and boil well for 30 to 50 minutes.

Remove the boiled chickpeas from the heat and drain them, then place them in a blender while retaining some of the cooking water.

Mash the chickpeas in the blender until you achieve a smooth paste.

In a bowl, place the tahini and dissolve it with a tablespoon of the cooking water. Add the mashed garlic, lemon juice, and a teaspoon of salt. Mix the ingredients well until you achieve a white liquid sauce.

Add the chickpea paste to the bowl and mix well.
