• Dunkle Schokolade

• Zucker
  180 grams
• Milchpulver
  50 grams
• Kakaopulver
  60 grams
• Flüssige Milch
  600 ml

   Chop the chocolate into pieces and place it with the cream, then melt it in a water bath.

   Mix the dry ingredients (sugar, milk powder, cocoa powder) and add a little milk, then mix.
