Delicious and easy-to-make ice cream with biscuits and cream cheese.

Ingredients

• Cream
  340 grams

• Sweetened condensed milk
  397 grams
• Tea Biscuit

   Wrap a small rectangular mold with plastic wrap and set aside.

   In the electric blender, place all the ingredients except the biscuits and blend well.

   Cut the biscuits into medium pieces and place them in the mold, then pour the mixture over them, cover with another piece of plastic wrap, and place in the freezer for at least 8 hours.

   Remove the top plastic wrap from the mold, invert onto a plate, and remove the plastic wrap that was covering the dish.

   Cut the ice cream into slices, garnish with caramel or chocolate sauce, and serve the ice cream with biscuits cold.
