Mix the minced meat with salt and black pepper by hand and shape it into a long cylindrical form. Wrap it with the steak from both sides, then wrap it in plastic wrap and place it in the freezer overnight.

Heat the butter in a non-stick frying pan and fry the meat kebab slices until cooked on both sides, turning them to avoid burning.
