Lemon and Cream Jelly

Ingrédients
Jus d'orange2 cup- Low-Fat Milk2 cup

Peel the oranges and grapefruit into slices and set aside. Squeeze the remaining fruit to extract as much juice as possible. Squeeze a few extra oranges to get two cups of juice.

Sprinkle the baking mold with non-stick powder (about 4 cups) and cover with plastic wrap. Place the orange and grapefruit slices at the bottom of the mold and mix them. Then sprinkle the grapes on top.

Pour the fresh orange juice into a saucepan and add 1/4 cup of sugar. Blend with a hand blender while heating the mixture to dissolve the sugar. Sprinkle a teaspoon of gelatin powder on top and stir the mixture continuously over medium heat until it boils. Boil for two minutes and remove from heat. Gently pour into the mold, being careful not to disturb the orange and grapefruit slices.

Let the mixture cool for 30 minutes and then place it in the refrigerator for two hours.

After two hours, pour a cup of milk into a saucepan with 1/4 cup of sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves. Sprinkle gelatin powder and bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes, cool slightly (add vanilla extract and stir) then pour over the orange jelly.

Let the milk mixture cool aside and then place it in the refrigerator for a few hours.

When serving, remove from the mold, take off the plastic wrap, and cut the jelly into slices.
