Combine the flour, zaatar, salt, and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Once mixed, add the orange juice and oil, and mix the mixture for a few minutes. Add the eggs, one at a time, and whisk well until the dough forms. Gather and transfer to an aluminum tray and set aside for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Form balls the size of walnuts and arrange them on a piece of wax paper. Place the sesame seeds on a plate. Dip the balls in the sesame seeds and roll them into a finger shape, connecting the ends to form a ring. Then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in an oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 12 minutes or until the kaak is golden and dry. Serve when cooled with a drink or other cookies.
