Sauté the onion without oil until it wilts and turns golden or dark brown, then add the oil and stir.

Add the diced carrots and stir until the oil turns yellow, then add the diced bell pepper, chicken broth, loomi, and cinnamon sticks, and stir well.

Then add the chicken pieces, cardamom, and cumin, and stir for 5 to 7 minutes, then add the diced tomatoes and chili pepper, stir well, cover the pot, and let it simmer until the tomatoes completely dissolve.
