    To prepare the dough, in a large deep plastic bowl, combine the semolina and melted butter, knead by hand, then rub with your fingers until the mixture is homogeneous. Cover and let it rest for 12 hours; it can be placed in the refrigerator and taken out half an hour before use.

    Mix the flour, salt, and powdered sugar dry first, then add them to the semolina dough and mix gently by hand.

    To prepare the Turkish delight filling, in a plate, knead the Turkish delight with powdered sugar and shredded coconut well, then cut the dough into small balls and set aside.

    To make the cake, cut the rested dough into medium-sized balls according to the size of the cake you want on a smooth surface lightly greased with oil. Roll each ball into a rope about 20 centimeters long.

    Press the rope in the middle with your fingertips (flatten it) and place the desired filling inside, then close the edges of the dough. Repeat the same method until all the dough is used.

    Shape the rope into a circle, sealing the ends by pressing them with your fingertips. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on the cake. Continue this way until all the dough is used, placing each type of filling on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, leaving space between them.
