Melt the butter in a pot over heat, then add the sugar, cocoa, milk, and water.

Alternatively, you can put all these ingredients in a blender and mix them together; both methods work well.

The mixture will form a thick consistency; place it in a bowl and put it in the freezer for 15 minutes to allow it to set.

Remove the mixture and crumble the biscuits into very small and medium pieces, then mix the previous mixture with the crumbled biscuits, raisins, and nuts.

Return to the freezer for another 15 hours.

Remove from the freezer and shape into medium-sized balls, rolling these balls in coconut.
