Ingredients

    Peel the potatoes, then mash them well and set aside.

    In a frying pan over heat, heat the oil and add the onion, sauté briefly, then add the potatoes and remove from the pan.

    In the same pan, add the chicken liver and sauté for five minutes, once it changes color, turn off the heat and chop into small pieces.

    Add the chicken liver to the potato and onion mixture and mix everything together, then add the garlic, eggs, salt, cumin, and chopped coriander, mixing until a slightly cohesive mixture is obtained, and let it rest for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.

    Shape the mixture into medium-sized balls, then make a hole in each and place cheese inside, then reshape into balls again, coat in flour, then eggs, and dip in breadcrumbs, repeating until the mixture is finished.
