Chocolate Biscuit Balls

Ingredients
- 400 grams plain biscuits, or equivalent to 2 large packets400 grams
- 5 tablespoons cocoa powder5 tablespoons

- 510 grams sweetened condensed milk, or equivalent to 3 small cans510 grams

Break the biscuits into very fine pieces, sprinkle cocoa and coconut on them, mix well by hand, then pour the sweetened milk over the mixture and mix well.

If the mixture is somewhat liquid, you can add a little more biscuit until it forms a mixture that can be shaped into balls. Conversely, if the mixture is dry, you can gradually add a little sweetened milk until it becomes a dough that can be shaped.

Take a portion of the dough, shape it into a ball the size of a walnut, dip a third of the balls in a plate of coconut until fully coated, dip another third in a plate of roasted sesame until fully coated, and dip the last third in a plate of pistachios until fully coated.

Arrange them in airtight containers and place them in the freezer until use.

When serving, arrange them in rows: a row of white balls with coconut, a row of green balls with pistachios, and a row of brown balls with sesame.
