Artichoke with Béchamel

• 8 frozen artichokes, medium size

• 1 cup minced meat
  1 cup
• 3 cups béchamel

• 2 cups cheese, grated

   Boil the artichokes until they are half cooked, then drain and set aside.

   In a pot, add a little oil, then the minced meat and stir until cooked, then add salt and pepper.

   Stuff each artichoke with the cooked meat and repeat until all the meat is used.

   Arrange the artichokes in a Pyrex tray, then place a little cheese on top of each artichoke, distributing the amount evenly.

   Gently pour the béchamel sauce over the artichokes, then place the tray in the oven for half an hour at medium heat.
