Mix the flour with sugar, milk, cardamom, and yeast in a deep bowl.

Make a well in the center of the mixture, then pour in the melted ghee and knead the ingredients well for 5 minutes to obtain a cohesive dough.

Divide the dough into balls, then roll out on a wide surface dusted with flour into a circular shape.

Cut the circular dough into four pieces or as desired, then arrange the pieces on a wide plate dusted with flour, spaced apart.

Cover the pieces of dough and leave them in a warm place until they rise and double in size, then fry in deep oil until golden brown on both sides.
