Wash the bulgur and drain it, then leave it for half an hour until it expands, occasionally sprinkling it with a little water.

Add the remaining ingredients and grind it all together in one go.

Then knead it, and you can add a cup of water to give it some softness.

For the filling: Chop the onion and sauté it over low heat until it wilts, then add a tablespoon of ghee and oil, spices, salt, and the minced meat. Stir until cooked.

Before turning off the heat, squeeze in some lemon juice and pomegranate molasses, and adjust the spices and salt.

To shape the balls: Prepare the dough and cut it into small pieces to make it easier to work with.

Prepare the cupcake molds, place plastic wrap inside to help roll the dough and shape the balls without sticking. Create a deep cavity in the ball inside the cupcake mold, start rolling it by pressing, then fill it with the meat and close it using the plastic wrap, pressing until it holds together. Finally, remove it from the plastic wrap and place it in the frying pan, brushing it with a little oil. It needs half an hour at 200 degrees. Enjoy!
