    To make the kibbeh dough, place the bulgur, flour, spice, and salt in a bowl, then add the well-mashed potatoes, followed by the grated onion and chopped coriander, and knead well.

    To make the meat filling, heat two tablespoons of oil in the frying pan, add the chopped onion, and stir until slightly browned, then add the minced meat and pine nuts, and stir well over the heat. After that, add the salt, sweet spice, and ground cinnamon.
