Grease the pan and dust with flour; preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

In a small bowl, mix the eggs, vanilla, and milk.

Mix the dry ingredients on low speed using the blender; add the poppy seeds and lemon zest. Then add the butter and half of the egg mixture.

Mix on medium speed until the dry ingredients are moistened; increase the speed and beat the mixture for one minute.

Scrape the sides, add the remaining egg mixture in two batches, and beat for 20 seconds each time.

Pour the mixture into the lamb mold (the half mold that includes the shape of the lamb's head) until the mold and ears are filled. Insert a wooden stick into the ears and press down slightly; this will prevent the ears from falling after baking.

Seal the mold tightly and bake in the hot oven for 45 minutes. Remove the mold and pour the syrup over the cake, making small holes to help the cake absorb it better.

To frost the lamb: In a pot, melt 17 grams of whipped cream; when steam starts to rise from the cream, add 450 grams of vanilla or white chocolate dessert. Turn off the heat and stir the mixture until it cools. Place the lamb on a tray and gently pour the cream over it. Repeat the step as desired, pouring another layer of cream again after the first one dries.
