In a bowl, combine the ground meat, onion, garlic, tomato juice, coriander, parsley, and green chili. Mix the ingredients well until a moldable mixture forms.

Season the mixture with salt, pepper, spices, and dried mint.

Shape the kofta into medium-sized fingers or patties.

Place in a tray or frying pan over high heat, covering for 5 minutes to allow the juices to release.

Reduce the heat for 20 to 30 minutes with the lid on until all the juices are absorbed.

In the final stage, either let the kofta brown in its own fat over the heat in the same tray or frying pan.
