    Crumble the tuna in a bowl, then add the mashed potatoes, onion, parsley or coriander, salt, and spices. Add four tablespoons of breadcrumbs and mix the kofta ingredients well.

    Divide the kofta mixture into balls or patties as desired, dip the kofta balls in the eggs, then coat them in breadcrumbs. Place them in the refrigerator for 10 minutes, then fry them in oil until golden brown.
