Spread the shredded kunafa dough, add the powdered sugar and butter, and mix together.

Spread the shredded kunafa dough in a tray and place it in the oven, making sure to stir it whenever it turns golden.

Meanwhile, make the syrup by adding one cup of sugar to one cup of water and lemon juice, and let it boil for 3 to 4 minutes until it becomes relatively thick, but not too much.

Mix the Dream Whip with the milk well until it becomes thick.

Remove the kunafa dough from the oven when it becomes uniformly golden.

Let the dough cool, then crumble it by hand and add the syrup.

Prepare deep jelly molds and line them with clean plastic bags.

Place a quantity of kunafa dough at the bottom, then a layer of Dream Whip, followed by a layer of mixed fruits, then another layer of kunafa dough, pressing it gently, and cover it with the remaining plastic bag.
