    In a pot on the stove, place the meat to boil.

    In the blender, add the green ginger, onion, and water, and blend well, then add to the meat with a little cardamom, a spoon of meat spice, and salt, then leave until cooked.

    Soak the rice for an hour or half an hour.

    In a frying pan on the stove, add the onion and a little water until cooked, then add the cinnamon and stir the onion to prevent sticking.
