Sprinkle a few pine nuts and a little raisins on each piece of meat along with some chopped garlic and parsley. Roll the meat into a roll and secure it with a skewer.

To prepare the tomato sauce, boil the peeled and seeded tomatoes cut into cubes, with the crushed garlic and the low salt chicken broth cubes. Cook the mixture for 5-10 minutes.
