    Thaw the fish fillets and season with spices.

    To prepare the filling, finely chop the parsley, tomato, and garlic, place them in a bowl, then chop the walnuts to a medium size that matches the tomato pieces.

    Add all the chopped ingredients together with the mayonnaise, salt, black pepper, and fish spices, and don't forget to add the juice of half a lemon.

    Flatten the fillet pieces, then place a little of the filling in half of them, roll them up, and repeat the process for the remaining fish. You can secure them with wooden sticks if necessary.

    Prepare a baking sheet lined with foil, place the fish rolls in it, drizzle a little olive oil on top, then place it in the oven from the bottom for about 20 minutes depending on the oven, then brown the top.
