On low heat, place the milk and 4 tablespoons of butter, stirring until the butter melts in the milk but without reaching boiling point.

In the electric mixer bowl, place the flour, white sugar, yeast, and salt, and mix well.

Gradually add half of the warm milk while kneading, then add the egg and continue adding the milk. Knead the mixture until a soft dough is obtained.

Grease the dough with a little cooking oil, cover it well, and let it rise for an hour and a half.

When the dough has risen, roll it out into a rectangle (16*21 inches).

Spread the dough with 3 tablespoons of soft butter, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.

Place the baking sheet in the oven at 160 degrees Celsius and leave until the bottom edges are golden, then broil a little from the top and remove.

Mix the powdered sugar with a tablespoon of butter and condensed milk, and gradually add hot water using a spoon until the desired consistency for the liquid to be placed on the rolls is achieved.
