Melt the ghee and let it cool but not solidify.

Heat the milk until lukewarm, dissolve the yeast, then add it to the flour, mahleb, and nutmeg, and knead well.

Shape the dough into small balls and flatten them in the palm of your hand. Place a little date filling inside, shape them again, then place them in a mold and arrange them on a baking sheet.
