To make the bechamel, brown the flour in ghee for a few seconds, then add the broth cubes and garlic.

Gradually add the milk while continuously stirring (it is preferable to use a whisk at this stage to prevent clumping).

Stir continuously at first, then occasionally, until it thickens, then remove from heat.

To sauté the meat, brown the onion in ghee until it wilts, then add the garlic and ground meat. Once the meat changes color, add the spices and sauce, and let it cook until done.

To cook the pasta, boil the pasta in plenty of water with salt and oil. Once cooked, drain and rinse with cold water briefly.

In a large greased tray, evenly distribute two-thirds of the pasta and pour a little of the prepared bechamel on top (about 6-8 tablespoons).

Then distribute the sautéed ground meat on top, followed by the remaining pasta, and pour the bechamel over them. You can help the bechamel penetrate the layers using a fork.
