Boil a generous amount of water in a large pot, then add salt and pasta. Slice the spring onion into thin rings. Julienne the carrot and zucchini, and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Heat some oil in a large frying pan, then add the garlic, onion, zucchini, and carrot. Sauté the vegetables for a few minutes, then season with salt.

Drain the sautéed vegetables, remove the garlic, then fry the halved tomatoes in the pan for 3 minutes. Add the vegetables and the drained cooked pasta to the pan. Cook for a few minutes, then add the well-drained tuna. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
