    Please refer to my pizza dough recipe and note that when dividing the dough into four sections as mentioned, each section or ball will weigh 400 grams, which is the required amount.

    Roll the dough into a somewhat thick circular shape and cut it into strips.

    Wrap each strip around your middle and index fingers to form a knot.

    Arrange the knots on a greased baking sheet and place them in the oven on the rack between the lower and middle at 400°F until browned on both sides.

    Mix the sauce ingredients well in the blender, and when the knots come out of the oven, place them in a bowl while hot and pour enough sauce over them to cover all the knots.

    Do not overdo it with the sauce on the knots; if you have extra sauce, serve it alongside the pastry dish.
