To prepare the dough, mix the sugar and yeast with the water and let it sit aside. Add the oil and yogurt to the flour and rub until distributed. Add the salt directly to the flour.

Cover the dough bowl with a plastic bag and wrap it, leaving it in a warm place until it doubles in size for no less than an hour (if the dough does not rise, you can turn on the oven to warm it, then turn it off and place the dough bowl inside to increase its rising).

To prepare the filling, grate the white cheese finely, chop the parsley and add it to the cheese along with salt and pepper to taste.

Cut the dough into small pieces on an oiled surface and roll out small circles.
