    For the ten-minute dough, mix the ingredients of the first stage until you get a liquid mixture, then cover and let it rest for ten minutes.

    Add the ingredients of the second stage, then knead for fifteen minutes and cover again for ten minutes; the dough should be soft.

    For the filling, sauté the onion with oil until it softens, then add the mushrooms, hot dogs, salt, and pepper, and stir for about fifteen minutes. Set aside to cool.

    Take a portion of the dough and roll it out into a rectangle. In the middle of this rectangle, use the blunt edge of a knife to mark two parallel lines along the rectangle without piercing the dough.
