Salt1 pinch- Sugar for syrup2.5 cup
- Water for syrup1.5 cup
Rose Water1 teaspoon
Orange blossom water1 teaspoon
Lemon Juice1 teaspoon

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together except for the water.

Gradually add the water while kneading to obtain a cohesive dough. More water can be added if needed. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

To prepare the syrup, place the sugar and water in a small pot over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. When the mixture boils, add the lemon juice and let the syrup simmer for 10 minutes until it thickens. Add the rose water and orange blossom water, remove the syrup from the heat, and pour it into a large bowl.

To prepare the macarons, divide the dough into small balls the size of walnuts. Then roll each ball by hand to form a finger shape.

Press each finger of dough onto a patterned kitchen tool, such as a cheese grater or strainer, to give the dough the shape of the pattern. Roll the dough using your fingers while pressing it against the patterned surface. The dough wraps around itself without meeting its edges. Repeat the process for the remaining dough balls.

Fry the macarons in vegetable oil until golden brown. Drain from the oil and dip in syrup for one minute.
