    Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package, then set aside to drain.

    Chop the onion into cubes and sauté in a little ghee, then add the minced meat, reduce the heat, and cover until cooked. Then add the sauce and stir.

    To prepare the bechamel, melt the ghee in a pan, add the flour, and stir until it turns slightly yellow. Gradually add the milk while continuously stirring until it thickens, then blend it to make it smooth.

    In a baking tray, place a little ghee, then some pasta, followed by some bechamel on top of the pasta.

    Divide the remaining pasta into two parts; one part is spread in the tray over the bechamel, then add the minced meat, and finally place the second part on top.

    Mix the remaining bechamel with the beaten egg and spread it over the top of the tray, then place it in the oven for about an hour or a little less.
