When ready to bake the manakish: Heat the qawarma until it melts (in a frying pan, for example), beat the eggs in a bowl and mix with the qawarma. Add the spices, keeping in mind that the qawarma is somewhat salty. Roll 1/3 of the dough and place it in a baking dish (22 cm, with sides 3 cm high). Bake in a very hot oven (at least 230 degrees Celsius) until the manakish puffs up and turns golden brown, and the bread is cooked through. Serve immediately.
