Chicken1 kilogram- Frozen chopped molokhia400 grams
Garlic4 cloves- Small onion1 piece
- Fresh coriander, chopped0.5 cup

Wash the chicken and cut it, then boil it in water with the addition of bay leaves and cardamom. Let it cook, then remove it from the water, separate the meat from the bones, and remove the cardamom and bay leaves from the broth.

Add the molokhia to the broth and when it starts to boil, add a small cup of lemon juice while stirring continuously.

In a pot over the heat, add a little oil, then add the chopped onion, garlic, and coriander. Then add this mixture to the molokhia and let it simmer for a quarter of an hour before removing it from the heat.

In a pot, add a little oil and the washed rice, then add water until the rice is submerged and let it simmer until cooked.

Place the rice on a plate, distribute the chicken on top, then add the crushed toasted bread, and finally pour the molokhia broth over it and serve.
