Ingredients
- Molokhia leaves, frozen or finely chopped fresh0.5 kilogram

Wash the shrimp with water only and clean from the back.

Mash the garlic with the coriander, put 1 tablespoon of ghee in the pot, then add the chopped onion and sauté without changing its color.

Add a teaspoon of the mashed garlic with coriander and stir until the garlic aroma is released.

Add the shrimp and stir for 5 minutes until its water is released and it starts to absorb water again.

Add the boiling water, salt, and pepper, then add the molokhia.

In the meantime, put the remaining ghee in a pot over the heat until it melts and add the remaining crushed garlic with coriander.
