Ingredients

  • Molokhia leaves, frozen or finely chopped fresh
    0.5 kilogram
  • Shrimp, preferably small-sized
    0.5 kilogram
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
    1 piece
  • 12 cloves of garlic, crushed

  • Dried CorianderDried Coriander

  • Ghee or butter

  • Boiling water

Steps

    Wash the shrimp with water only and clean from the back.

    Mash the garlic with the coriander, put 1 tablespoon of ghee in the pot, then add the chopped onion and sauté without changing its color.

    Add a teaspoon of the mashed garlic with coriander and stir until the garlic aroma is released.
