• Marshmallows
  150 grams
• Unt
  50 grams
• Dark chocolate, chopped
  250 grams
• Apă
  0.3 cup
• Cream, unsweetened liquid
  280 ml
• Vanilie
  1 teaspoon
• White chocolate, grated for decoration
  50 grams
• Hazelnuts, chopped and toasted for decoration

   Place the marshmallows, chopped butter, chopped chocolate, and water in a pot over heat, stirring until well melted and a thick cream forms.

   Whip the cream with the vanilla until it just thickens, being careful not to freeze it as it will set when the marshmallow mixture is added.

   Add the marshmallow mixture to the cream and stir to obtain the mousse.

   Place in bowls or small cups (champagne glasses), decorate with grated chocolate and hazelnuts, and refrigerate.
