In a bowl, mix all the dough ingredients well until they combine and form a cohesive and soft dough, then divide into six portions and place in a greased tray, and let rest for half an hour.

To prepare the cooked meat, place two teaspoons of ghee in a pot over heat, then add a small chopped onion and sauté until it turns yellow, then add the minced meat and stir well.
