Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Celsius.

To prepare the dough, place the warm water in a large bowl, then add the yeast, sugar, and powdered milk, and stir with an oiled fork.

Gradually add the flour while continuing to stir, then add the oil and knead the mixture by hand, greasing your hands with oil to prevent the dough from sticking.

Divide the dough into two parts and shape each part into a ball, greasing both balls with oil. Cover and let them rest for 20 minutes to rise.

To prepare the sauce, heat the oil in a pot and add the garlic, stirring briefly before adding the Maggi broth cube and stirring until it dissolves. Add the tomato juice, tomato paste, oregano, dried basil, and white pepper, and stir. Let the sauce simmer until it thickens.

Grease a medium baking sheet with oil or spray it with oil, then flatten the first ball of dough by hand on the same sheet, making holes in the dough with a fork, and spread cream cheese over the surface of the dough to the edges.
