To prepare the dough, mix the dry ingredients, then add the oil and rub it in. Gradually add the water and knead until a cohesive dough forms. Divide the dough into two equal parts, cover, and let it rest for one hour. This quantity makes 2 medium-sized pizza trays.

To prepare the shawarma, season the meat with spices and pepper, and fry it in a pot after adding vegetable oil. When the meat changes color, add hot water and vinegar, and let it simmer until cooked.

Once the meat is cooked, stir until browned, then add the garlic and coriander, and stir for one minute before setting aside.
