Mix the flour with the oil, yogurt, milk, sugar, and salt. Add the yeast after dissolving it in a cup of warm water and knead well with the mixer or by hand until it forms a single mass. Adjust the water added as needed for kneading. Cover it with a bag and let it rest for about half an hour to rise.

To prepare the pizza sauce, briefly boil the tomatoes and remove their skins, then finely chop them. You can use a blender to chop the onion, tomatoes, and peppers.

Sauté the onion in oil until it wilts, then add the tomato sauce followed by the chopped tomatoes. Let it cook a little, then add the peppers, garlic, and salt. Let it cook for a bit, then turn off the heat and add the oregano, stirring it.
