Boil two eggs only and chop the red and green bell peppers, and yellow if desired, into small pieces, and chop the olives and set them aside.

Divide the goulash sheets into two equal portions and take the first half, layering them one by one in a baking sheet, placing some ghee between each sheet to prevent them from sticking until the first half of the goulash is used up.

Place the filling, which consists of minced meat, olives, mushrooms, colored peppers, and cheese. Chop the boiled eggs and layer them over the filling, sprinkling a few pinches of black pepper.

Then place the remaining goulash sheets in the same manner, layering them one by one with ghee in between, and after finishing, cut them into the shape of samosas.

Break the third raw egg into half a cup of yogurt and pour it over the surface of the baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the oven until the top is golden brown and serve hot or cold, enjoy your meal.
