Steps
- 1
To prepare the dough, mix the dry ingredients together, then gradually add the milk while continuously kneading for about 15 minutes until a cohesive but soft dough forms.
15 minRequired Tools:
Mixing Bowl - 2
Shape the dough into a ball and place it in a glass bowl greased with a little oil, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it rise for an hour.

After rising, remove the dough from the bowl without kneading (press the dough down from the edges to the center until it deflates).
5 min - 4
Place it on a surface sprinkled with a little flour and divide it into four equal-sized sections using a sharp knife.
5 min - 5
Place the four balls in a large tray and cover them (each piece of dough will make a medium-sized pizza as shown in the picture). You can use the dough pieces for other fillings besides pizza.
5 minRequired Tools:
Tray - 6
In a casserole, add the oil and sauté the onion until it softens, then add the garlic, tomatoes, salt, pepper, and oregano. Cover the casserole and let the mixture simmer on low heat for about an hour. Then blend it until it becomes a sauce and return it to the casserole (it will turn lighter in color after blending).
60 minRequired Tools:
Casserole - 7
Add the tomato paste until the color is suitable and let it thicken. Finally, add the black seed and set the sauce aside to cool.
10 min - 8
To shape the pizza, take a ball of dough and roll it out with a rolling pin, spread it on the tray, brush the top with a little olive oil, then add 2 1/2 tablespoons of sauce and spread it well. Add your desired toppings, then cheese and a sprinkle of Parmesan on top. Let the tray rise for about 15 to 30 minutes, then place it in a preheated oven at 400°F on the bottom rack for 15 minutes until golden brown on the bottom. Then remove it, slice it, and serve.
