Fill a large pot with water. Place the flour, yeast, sugar, and sesame seeds in a bowl, mix them, and make a well in the center. Gradually pour in the water and stir until the mixture becomes sticky and forms a wet dough.

Transfer the dough to a surface, sprinkle a little flour on the sides, shape it into a ball, and place it in a pot filled with water.

Preheat the oven to 205 degrees Celsius and place a baking sheet inside to heat. Use the bottom third of the oven. Take a baking sheet and sprinkle it with corn flour.

Set the dough aside for 20 minutes or more, and when it has risen, gently take it and place it on the floured surface. Sprinkle with 5 tablespoons of flour, no more, and when it forms a nice ball, place it on the baking sheet sprinkled with corn flour. Cover the dough with a towel and let it sit for 20 minutes. Brush the dough with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cut the dough with a knife, making 3 lines about 0.5 cm deep.
