Place the rice in a pot on the stove and add salt, pepper, 2 cardamom pods, and bay leaves (to taste), and stir well.

Add water over the rice until it is covered and cover the pot until the water is absorbed.

Reduce the heat to very low and let it cook.

Once cooked, remove the cardamom and bay leaves and any spices that can be taken out.

While the rice is cooking, prepare the minced meat or (liver and gizzards); the method is the same: place a pot or pan with a lid on the stove with a little oil.

Sauté the onion briefly, then add the pepper and sauté it a little, then add the garlic clove, followed by the minced meat or (liver and gizzards), salt, pepper, nutmeg, and spices (to taste).
