In a pot, add half the amount of oil and fry the meat, add half the amount of garlic and half the amount of ginger, add hot water, then cover the pot and let it simmer for an hour. Once cooked, strain the meat and set it aside.

In another pot, add the remaining oil, fry the onion until golden, then add the remaining garlic and ginger, add the tomatoes and sauce and fry a little, then add the colored bell peppers and stir the mixture, add yogurt, curry, black pepper, and salt, add a cup of the strained meat water and add the meat, let the mixture boil for ten minutes on low heat.
